A family business that earns every floor of trust.
NG Ascensores was founded in 2014 in Covington, Georgia by Davontae Hardeman after fifteen years wrenching on elevators for one of the country's largest service companies. The goal was simple: treat customers and technicians like people, and the work would follow.

"We answer the phone. That alone made us different."
I spent years watching property managers wait three days for a callback on a stuck elevator. NG Ascensores was built around the opposite — a real technician picks up, dispatches a truck, and follows up the next morning. Eleven years later, that's still the standard.
— Davontae Hardeman, Founder & Owner
What we stand for
People first
Every elevator we touch carries someone's grandmother, kid or coworker. That shapes every decision we make.
Do it right
We don't cut corners on code, parts or training. Cheap fixes cost more than they save.
Own the outcome
If we installed it, we stand behind it — for the warranty period and beyond.
Treat people fair
Fair pay for the team, fair pricing for the client. Both are non-negotiable.
