Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ngascensores.com and the services provided by NG Ascensores LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide elevator installation, modernization, maintenance and inspection services to commercial, residential and institutional customers. Specific scope, price and timeline are set forth in a written proposal or service agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change due to material availability, code requirements or site conditions discovered after walk-through.

3. Payment

Standard payment terms are net-30. Deposits may be required for new installations and modernizations. Past-due invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Georgia law.

4. Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on equipment pass through to the customer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, water intrusion or unauthorized modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of NG Ascensores LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Newton County, Georgia.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
